Among his clients are Lallemand (Canada) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of The Netherlands. Cees has twice been named Dutch Vinologist of the Year in Holland.
Robin KICK MW
Originally from the Chicago area, Robin is presently based in Lugano, Switzerland where she is working as an independent wine consultant, wine judge and educator. Following studies in French and English literature, she changed career paths in 1998 when she left her teaching position to study wine at the Université du Vin in Suze-la-Rousse in France’s Rhône Valley. She then worked as a wine specialist at Christie’s auction house in Los Angeles, California for numerous years before returning to Europe where she lived for ten years in London, spending seven of them as a fine wine buyer.
Cecilia ALARCON SALINAS
International Wine Consultant, Sommelier and founder of Enogastronomy Consulting S.p.A. Cecilia is a Chilean Geographer, who has worked with projects for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Chilean wine sector. Juror in various international wine contests and designated Chilean Wine Ambassador, creating a bridge between Chile and Europe. She also works in Wine Tourism, and is an enthusiast leader and organiser of wine & gastronomic study tours for professionals & wine lovers, mainly in Italy and Chile. Cecilia is member of the international Associations of Women and Wine; Le Donne del Vino (Italy) and Mujeres del Vino (Chile).

Journalist starting with 1993, he has worked in a variety of roles, mainly in newspapers but also in television, as a reporter, editor, columnist and commentator. His journey through the wine world started in a natural manner: as wine lover and collector. His love for written stories and also for fine wines led him to the decision of starting a wine blog named “Vindinpresa” but the decisive step was made in January 2011 when he got his break as a wine writer-editor of “Vinul.Ro” magazine. He gains an extensive expertise by regularly participating in wine-tasting, national and international wine fairs and festivals and being member of wine-juries . Since 2008, Fiorenzo is a co-shareholder of VITIS Metamorfosis, an investment of the Antinori family in Romania.
Bruno SCAVO
Attracted by the culture of wine, he passed a Sommelier Certificate in 1987. In 1994 he won the International Culinary Prize “Paul Louis Messonier”. In 1990 Bruno will eventually pass the BP Sommelier diploma with highest credits, after 2 full years of studies in one of the most prized hospitality schools in France at Tain-l’Hermitage. The millenium will crown him “Maître Sommelier” of the UDSF (Union de la Sommellerie Française). He passed his “Bar and Cocktail Diploma” at Hughes Hospitality School in Surfer Paradise, Australia. As President of the Monaco Sommelier Association and Deputy Treasurer of ASI, Bruno also judged many competitions for a good dozen of years, meanwhile being named Head Sommelier of the Monte-Carlo Sporting Club, Casino and catering activities of the whole SBM resort. In 2017 he passed the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines. He obtained his ASI Certification in 2018. In 2021 he passed sake sommelier certified by the Sake sommelier association. Graduation of internship training ADAR or WSET could be an advantage, and also the membership in professional organizations recognized worldwide.
