International Wine Contest Bucharest (IWCB) is the only wine contest from Central and East Europe both accredited by the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV) and by the World Federation of Major International Wine and Spirits competitions (VINOFED).

Bucharest, 8th of June : Thuesday, 6th of June , at Bragadiru Palace, Bucharest, took place the award ceremony of International Wine Contest Bucharest 2017. The contest was organized with the support of the City Hall of Bucharest and was hosted at ARCUB – Cultural Center of Bucharest.

Bucharest ,24.05.2017 : During the period 25-28.05.2017, at ARCUB- Cultural Centre of Bucharest, it will take place the 14^th Edition of the largest international wine contest from Estern Europe –International Wine Contest Bucharest 2017.

The contest is organized with the support of the City Hall.

Special awards: Beside the classic distinctions wines and wineries receive as a result of hierarchy made by the 56 international jurors, the organizers and partners offers a series of special awards for winemakers and producers: barriques, horticultural machinery, packing systems, products for the protection of the vineyards.

We invite you to value the efforts submitted by IWCB and register to the contest with as many wine samples as possible!

Between 25^th and 28^th of May, at ARCUB Hanul Gabroveni (Gabroveni Inn) in the heart of Bucharest Old City will take place the judging of all 1600 wines that compete for International Wine Contest Bucharest (IWCB) medals. The appreciation will be made by 32 foreign jurors and 24 Romanian specialists. The complete list can be accessed here.
